Shipping policy

If shipping is requested, Newlands Sports will send your Order to the address provided on your Order.

Delivery costs will be paid by the Customer and charged at rates depending upon destination address.

Newlands Sports shall deliver the Order in a timely manner upon confirmation of successful payment of the purchase price.

Delivery times may be prolonged by reasonable periods in case of force majeure or other events for which Newlands Sports is not responsible.

Newlands Sports must be directly advised within 14 days from receipt of the invoice, if the items covered by the invoice have not been delivered, or within 3 days of delivery if damage or shortage is revealed upon receipt of the items.
