Active Root 150ml Soft Flask

The branded Hydrapak 150ml Soft Flask is hard wearing and non-leaking with an ergonomic non-drip twist valve for drinking. Its compact size also fits easily into a race vest, cycle jersey or short pockets. What's more is that it's easy to clean and is also BPA free!   

USAGE DIRECTIONS

Add:

Gel Mix: add 2-3 full scoop (25g per scoop)

Sports Drink: 1/3 of a scoop (11.5g)

ElectroLite: 1 full ElectroLite scoop (9g)

Then fill the rest of the flask with water and shake for 30 seconds!
